    Pros

Are there any pros? You really need to to be honest with you and don't lie! There is no good words to say at all!

    Cons

It's all boils into toxic workplace. Micromanaging is the worst part of all. You will be required to give exact day of completion of whatever you do. If you don't meet the deadline you hear all these "bad words" from whomever project manager or even coworkers. Don't sign up for it! You can't get worst company than this. You'll easily lose motivation in a week! Expect coworkers or project manager asking same repetitive questions "what is your progress for a day?" "Are you meeting daily deadlines?" Do you want to work in such environment? Go ahead and accept the offer! "Good luck to next guy(victim of toxic workplace)!"

    Pros

Your boss can be decent, but anyone else is waiting for you to terribly and miserably fail on top of that make a fun out of you because how loser you are! Lesson#1 Don't trust anybody except yourself! Lesson#2 Stay away unless you absolutely have no place to get experience.

    Cons

1-High employer turnover. 2-Negative work environment. 3-Unhealthy Work-Life balance. 4-There are A LOT OF GOSSIP in the office! 5-Few senior engineers often absent or come late and leave early. 6-No recognition for your work. 7-Quick lose of motivation. 8-Much below average salary. 9-Work amount is 3x of what you signed up for if not more. 10-Constant feel of unhappiness from coworkers.

    Pros

There are no any pros! Leave while you can.

    Cons

Under constant pressure from seniors. There are always concern that domestic workers eventually leave or diminish, because "there are friend who can do your job!" There will be no domestic workers left in 2-3 years if that continues.

    Pros

Still a few good people left. Decent amount of flexibility under the right manager.

    Cons

Absolutely horrible raises when they bother to do them (mostly only get raises when you put in a two week notice) Frightening amount of turnover They make promises, but never deliver. Most people doing 2-3 jobs due to mass amount of people leaving. Not competitive with pay scales in any market No upward mobility No HR department You can get above and beyond on every review and still not get a review They do not value anybody under Director level CEO doesn't care about anything but his and directors bonus (and even when they get bonuses, you will still not get a raise) CEO is unprofessional and yells at people like children Company currently undergoing sale/purchase and have not communicated anything for the past year Worst atmosphere/morale I've seen in decades
