-Was told the job was Mon-Fri, first week I started, I was mandated to work Saturday, and then the next Saturday, with the possibility of working every Saturday for the month of May, - The lead speaks english, but only speak spanish, even though she can speak english. - Certain people can do nothing, stand around, go outsde for as long as they like, and certain people cannot. - Instead of showing to what to do, they point, and think you're supposed to understand. - You get (1) 15min break, and (1) 30min lunch, although you're standing on concrete floor, they expect your feet not to hurt, and you shouldn't want or need another break.

No pros for any African American in office employee

Worked at Universal Pure for 1 week until I was told that I did not fit the companies culture. I am an african american. My position was in the the Malvern office. I was told my salary was a certain amount which they did pay the first week. Employees are paid weekly. When I was fired I was told I would be paid for the week. When I got paid it was not the same amount as the previous pay and for the last week I have been denied my paystubs. I have requested them several times and I still have not received them. If the company feels this information is incorrect than release my paystubs. I do not recommend anyone working here since reading other reviews from previous employees about pay rates are like mine. STAY AWAY!!!
