      - Best company to work for your retirement - Best company for female employees - If you have a skill of buttering and doing no work with leg pulling of others then you get increments and promotions. - After 35 years join this company.

      Cons

      - Management is least bothered about industry trends and process re-engineering. - Management is only bothered about hours, and no productivity. - No training or personal growth is promoted / allowed. it is only demotivated. -

      Salary on time. You can do gossip and do no work. Management asks you to do tasks directly without involving team leaders

      Cons

      No trust on employees. Director only trust his followers. Micro management. CCTV cameras, you cannot eat if you are hungry, full on , screen capture, if employees stay for late nights due to pressure and go live preparations then no leaves are given, no work to do and still management wants us to fill up hours, swapping of projects frequently,

      Director cum owner calling you any time without reason. If you are new then no one is going to listen you and if you give any advise it is useless. Management will only listed to people who are there from years(more than 15 years). Mental harassment is like anything everything handled by 1 person who dont know what is vision, what is management , what is work life balance. if you go on time to home then you will get a call from owner that why you left on time ? what the hell is that.
