Company does not pay if have over an hour between runs which happens frequently. 12 hour shift can turn into 8 due to scheduling, passengers cancelling runs, etc. Some lower income clients have bedbugs putting you at risk of bringing them into your home (employees in the home office have had to have their homes treated and so has the home office). Low pay for level of responsibility. Benefits such as bonuses, insurance, no 401K retirement very poor. Incompetent management, dispatchers, scheduling, administration in which many don't return calls.....run away as fast as you can.
