      Pros

      Unosquare has a great people culture for anyone starting out in software engineering. The collegial atmosphere is great for growing your skills, meeting people and having fun. With a wide range of clients you will have plenty of scope to work on a diverse range of projects.

      They offer pretty average salaries.

      Pros

      Good culture, great co workers in Belfast office.` If placed on a stable client, can be a good opportunity to work with some great developers!

      Cons

      Consultancy space can be disruptive and fast moving of teams on a regular basis. Little support for engineers places on teams by themselves sometimes with no senior support within the teams they are placed on.
