Fairly new company, good for beginners

Cons

No company culture which leads to each manager run things the way they want. This is a blockage in collaboration, thus conflicts.

Pros

It's possible to practice home-office 80% of the working time and the dogs are allowed in the office. Company organizes nice team events one-two times a year. There are offices in Berlin, Hamburg, München, Heidelberg, Wien, Luxemburg, so theoretically it's possible to relocate to another city and to work from there.

Cons

Many IT managers are practicing overtime and they are expecting the same from their subordinates. So the work-life balance isn't really good. Quite some colleagues felt exhausted.
