Pros
A fantastic selection of workshops for students to take part in. Great opportunity for people with learning difficulties to develop creative skills and meet new people.
Cons
Very busy environment and high energy. Not ideal for everyone. Schedules keep changing. Staff often end up having to facilitate workshops in which they don't have the appropriate skills or experience in. The company make promises they can't keep. They tell you one thing one day, then do a 180 degree turn the next, and pull the rug from underneath you. Coordination dept really need to organise things better.
