As it is very important for the founders and managers to maintain this great team spirit and ensure our values remain at the center of our DNA as we grow, the recruitment process can be tough. You have to be very motivated to go the whole way through it as both founders make sure they meet every single candidate for an interview - something very rare and precious for a +50 people company!
