Good salary Nice people mostly. Software uses latest tech. Very nice place to start out your career Lots of growth opportunities.

No benefits, like health insurance or OPD or anything else, there is just the salary.

They follow the hybrid model.

Cons

The work culture is becoming toxic day by day. There is too much micromanagement by the team leads and higher management. They are unclear about their company policies. They become too nosy about the private lives of employees and keep monitoring their social media and they fire people based on that. Poor decision making whether it is regarding business growth or making architecture for product features. They pay below-average salaries and they still have the audacity to say that they are paying high salaries. They give an annual increment which is a maximum of 10%. No fuel allowance or inflation tackling.
