Communication from management is poor. Expectations are not clearly communicated or set Not much room for growth

Zero servant leadership. Management has equity and tells people to do more but doesn’t help or teach. Manage by fear and never give compliments that are genuine. In fact, I’ve been in rooms with threats and talk like you’d never expect from a place of employment. All for their benefit. There is a much quicker career pathway if you are related to someone here. Which is very common.
