Pros

location is pretty demanding on the contrary customer satisfaction and time to time reviewing also helps in creating a good customer base. The work culture despite being hectic is supportive and optimistic.

Cons

Though as come good the bad follows the path. Restaurant infrastructure need to be refurnished in the kitchen section as far as management is concerned it's being well managed and scrutiated by experienced persons

Fun but…

Pros

Can be a fun job, freedom to create your own menus.

Cons

Extremely tight budgets, hard to make “from scratch products”. Management is either nonexistent, or refuses to speak with you. Trying to get ahold of anyone is honestly a nightmare. Get better insurance. Period.
