Pros

Upper Hand designs and encourages teams to be autonomous and rewards the impact you make. Never been happier.

Cons

The stakes are high. And if we can pull this off it’s going to be huge.

Pros

I've been at Upper Hand now for almost 3 years and there's nowhere else I've even thought about working in that time. Why? Upper Hand is a great place to work. I feel like I'm valued and the team listens to the feedback of their customers and actually builds new features off that feedback. I have a lot of autonomy in how and when and where I work. I feel strongly about the mission of the company. All in all, I'm extremely happy here. They even throw all paid company holiday parties for you to bring your family.

Cons

As the company grows scaling communication and decision making is getting more difficult. Luckily, it's something that's top of mind for the people who are working to make communication easier and better for the whole team.

Pros

I was here for almost a year and loved every second of it. From top to bottom everyone was great with helping understand the entire company. The interview process is thorough because they want it to be the right fit for both parties which shows with who gets hired. The atmosphere was great day in and day out and as a small start up it turns into a close family. You get thrown into action right away which causes you to learn every aspect of the sales process. If you love sports and want an opportunity for quick growth work here.

Cons

It’s not a 9-5 job, which can be a con for some. If you want to make money and bring on customers you are going to have to work some nights and weekend. Some of these coaches have day jobs or training throughout the day. If you want to be the best you have to sacrifice some time and sell whenever you can.
