It has been an interesting experience. I like meeting new people and staying busy. It’s fun getting the inside scoop on other locations that other upshifters have worked at.

The best thing about my experience at upshift was leaving.

Unbelievable. I was force scheduled at the last minute for a 3 hr dishwasher shift that nobody wanted. I never confirmed this shift, and it did NOT appear in my accepted shifts list, so I had no idea that I had even been scheduled for it. Naturally, it became a no call no show for a shift I never confirmed. I am therefore penalized with a lifetime ban. Absolutely obsurd, discriminatory, and fraudulent. I attempted to contact them but never could actually speak to anyone (huge red flag.) All I got seemed like bot driven policy rhetoric that ignored the actual circumstances of my supposed shift.
