Pros
Upside Innovations has amazing work life balance and they keep the culture alive. They truly value you as an employee and reflect that in compensation. The whole facility, shop and office, has clean and kept well.
Cons
As the company continues to grow, the parking spots available are decreasing but they are continuously working on the issue.

-The culture and inclusiveness separated them from any of my other roles. -As an installer the work was enjoyable although demanding at times. -Tight knit group of employees, made really good friends, -Focus on following procedure and not just the bottom line. -Always provided good accommodations, trucks, food per diem when out. --Overall, a good experience and grateful for alot of things that was done for me.
Cons
-I feel the wage for the amount of time you spend out of town is on the lower end compared to other companies. Over time was almost guaranteed but that also requires you to spend a lot of time on the clock. I was getting 60+ hours a week. -The company has a great product and established foothold in its market but with demand and being a smaller organization, it was at times difficult dealing with the amount of work needs to be done and was needed to stay over fairly often. -As with everything post-2020 covid there's an issue with employee retention at a lot of organizations, Upside included. The time spent learning for some to learn a role and the experience gained is wasted as several employees never made it pass 90 days and other integral employees were disgruntled and left, often leading to stressful times of "scrambling" to keep up on the day to day.
