      Pros

      Upside Innovations has amazing work life balance and they keep the culture alive. They truly value you as an employee and reflect that in compensation. The whole facility, shop and office, has clean and kept well.

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow, the parking spots available are decreasing but they are continuously working on the issue.

      The treatment of employees is the worst I’ve ever seen. The buisness side itself is horribly managed and it is a miracles they’ve managed to stay in buisness
