Pros

People are kind and helpful, found especially the top management to be so Most receptive place I've worked in - welcome suggestions, feedback, willing to hear a problem and see what can be done to resolve Very values oriented Professionally - lots of opportunities given if you can prove you are up to challenges and have ability Mistakes are never held against you: definitely no politics about them, I think this is really special LOT of recognition and validation: heard the most generous praise here of all companies I've worked in Flexible: seen accommodations made for many colleagues for health, family, project needs Loyal to those who stay and work hard Can mostly manage a good work life balance

Cons

Amount of work can feel a little nonstop leaving you burnt out or with less time to see how to improve or learn Middle management layer not very experienced, so limited guidance from them BUT.... given the pros I would 100% recommend this place to work in because even the things listed above can mostly be sorted out by speaking to the management as they are very approachable.

Pros

The people you interact with on a daily basis (immediate and extended) colleagues are the best asset here. No matter what the top management thinks, everyone treats each other with respect and foster a sense of belonging. There are good opportunities for people in the early stage of their careers to learn, and they do have a decent set of clientele.

Cons

There are serious issues in terms of expectations of the top management (read the two directors) from employees when compared to how much they pay(which isn't much by the way) . Archaic and really outdated policies (They just started work from home but currently only available to the two directors, so just a farce). Most policies are only to serve the management's interests or to show the employees that they care (albeit purely on a superficial level) There is a lot of unnecessary secrecy and mistrust when it comes to simple things like leaves and salary increments. Managers are (or at least pretend to be) powerless in the situations where employees expect support. And most of all, they really don't seem to want to grow much more than what they are, having gotten too comfortable in their current way of doing things.
