Pros
There are many opportunities to learn new things as uqudo is using new, innovative technologies. The management tries to keep supervision to a minimum as long as all duties are performed. There are regular meetings where we discuss the goals of the company. Working hours are flexible and allow both working from the office or from home.
Cons
Sometimes, goals and requirements of work packages can shift with little notice. I guess this is normal in a fast-growing company. The management checks regularly about our workload. However, sometimes there are phases that require overtime.
