Great place to learn what not to do so you can move elsewhere at the earliest
Cons
The team is always heavily understaffed with little to no support. There is a huge turnover ratio on all projects because the management does not care or communicate and generally they are tough on employees. Overall there is a low opportunity for growth or learning. Need to really improve culture, BUT the good news is that the wages are competitive compared to the 2015 market wages.
