      Great team and collaboration, but felt pressured to resign

      Pros

      Great team and a friendly working environment. Salary payments were regular and on time. Overall, there were good opportunities to collaborate with skilled colleagues and gain useful experience.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, toward the end of my time at the company, I felt pressured to resign rather than being supported through a clear and transparent process. This left a negative impression and affected my overall experience.

      - Хороший ДМС; - Работаешь и не отвлекают; - Удобный документооборот (почти всё онлайн); - Есть пересмотр ЗП раз в год; - Можно сменить проект; - Руководство отзывчивое и старается сделать работу комфортной; - Предоставление нормальной техники для работы.

      Cons

      Если твой проект закрывается и прямо сейчас нет варианта, то собирай вещи. Разговоры про мы тебя обязательно трудоустроим - развод, срочно ищи работу. Даже если позже появятся варианты, то ты будешь в общей очереди со всеми кандидатами, несмотря на твою выслугу и прочие достижения.
