Freedom to learn new skills across a variety of software, programming languages and data analysis techniques. Regular training and feedback from peers and management. Some very enthusiastic, dedicated and approachable members of the senior management team, which included extensive one-to-one tuition at times. Freedom to try new approaches to problems. Broad and challenging selection of clients, which offers unique problems for development and analytics. Tuition in CRO best practice from industry experts. Free training materials and free tickets to attend industry conference.
Cons
Processes became a little too restrictive by the end of my tenure, it felt a little restrictive compared to my previous experience, however, that is a very personal con, as I was an employee through a period of huge growth and extensive change.
