I have had the opportunity to work with many committed colleagues over the years, including through the UserZoom integration and others, and the company continues to operate in a meaningful product category.

Like many companies that have grown, merged, and evolved, there have been periods of change that created complexity, shifting priorities, and organizational friction. Communication and alignment across teams and orgs can sometimes be improved.
