Very unstable job security; employees are hired and let go frequently. Salary is very low compared to workload and expectations. Office politics is a major issue. Working under multiple managers creates confusion and constant pressure. Conflicting priorities and unrealistic timelines from different managers. Lack of ownership and accountability due to an unclear reporting structure. Junior employees are often treated unfairly. Heavy work pressure with unrealistic expectations. Work-from-home exists, but employees are expected to be available almost 24/7, which affects work–life balance. Lack of transparency in management decisions.
