      Pros

      Reasonably good benefits. Good amount of paid holidays.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with working conditions. Hours are sometime long and not scheduled. Turnover rate is ridiculous Experience is not valued by company. Length of service means nothing.

      The pay is good.... when they get it right.

      Cons

      Even though this company has been in business since the mid 70's, it feels more like it's being run as if it has only JUST opened. One would think that, if you are building the same parts over a long period of time, they should be in stock..... or at least ordered. Of course, much of this problem could be alleviated if it weren't for their poor execution of what they call "Inventory Control".

      40 years plus in the industry.

      Management styles not in keeping with common decency in the treatment of others i.e respect the individual, Be fair.
