Lunch is catered most days in office

Cons

Vastly underpay across the board compared to market averages. Lots of turnover because people are being forced to take on increasingly larger amounts of responsibility. Upper management is terrible.

CEO only cares about the $$ for pre-ipo The CEO brought in a friend to be “CAO”, he is basically over everybody and is difficult to work with Very conservative company, if you are an old white guy you’ll be fine
