      Good start for beginners

      Pros

      Good working environment. Lots of projects of different varieties , you can learn more. Colleagues are good. Best learning platform. New technology of post tension structures. Good increment percentage.

      Cons

      Only beam & slab design you can learn. No RC design scope. Increment is not properly provided. Very strict management, while resigning job. Poor work life balance. worst IT support
