Customer Support are literal superheroes keeping the product alive. Cool tech and vision.
Cons
Terrible pay compared to industry. Terrible quotas (15% of the company made quota, they cancelled club 2x in a row) Product stability No HR / employee support Terrible benefits. Many people use their spouse’s benefits. Stock grants are garbage now. Are we ever going to IPO? “We’re not a hardware company” and we don’t get paid on HW except our entire lives revolve around it. Zero postsales support. You’d better like living in a datacenter, doing your own installs, and everything. They love playing games with expenses.
