Pros
A great consulting firm with real talent. I learned a great deal from my management and development team, both about great software design and professional consulting with varied clients. Great ideas are encouraged and senior management listens carefully to feedback.
Cons
Nothing that other consulting firms do not also endure.

I was at Velosys since the beginning and it has grown a lot in the past 5+ years. You get to work with a lot of cool and intelligent people, many who have became good friends of mine. Fun out of office work activities. If you work hard, you get rewarded.
Cons
Some clients can be demanding and some teams have to work long hours. Velosys understands this and will reward you for going above and beyond.
