VF is one of the best companies I have ever worked. it used to be the best because of its corporate culture, market presence, financial stability and talented team. And it is a purpose led company with culture and principles.
Cons
VF is one of the best companies I have ever worked. but due to some management changes it is struggling in the market. Now there is no focus on the product and innovation, there are lots of process, but not in its place. There is a immerse work pressure, which is not necessary. there are many peoples in senior level, they are not interested in retaining talent. No respect for talents. Everyone want to be a dictator. Also, I notice there is discrimination from the top level of management.
