      Pros

      -Not in this lifetime or any parallel universe.

      Cons

      -Weak Leadership : This whole company is basically run by few people, if you screw up with them, you cannot survive here. They will make your life hell. You have to put your life morals, self respect and values at stake , if you wanna be in this company. -Con Artists: Specially Managers, HR/ Recruiter and Administrative people. All the positive reviews are from them on glassdoor. It's just a honey trap. They say Vlink has no cons(laughing at this).

      WRONG/ BAD NAME leadership people in Noida.

      Pros

      Nothing, none, bunch of wrong leadership in Noida ops who are just dictators and come from a wrong background. No values and a shame.

      Cons

      This has to be the worst company I have ever worked for. They are the great DE-MOTIVATORS and will not tolerate anyone who has a different opinion on the way to do things; they think they know it all. They just hired a operations person in Noida who has a BAD, BAD and REALLY BAD name in Noida. She does not know her job and been known for ALL WRONG CONNECTIONS and been known in almost all parts of NCR region.
