Corruption and lying in management roles seems like an actual prerequisite. You're expected to be available 7 days per week regardless of what they tell you. You'll never advance if you don't join in on the toxic positivity and drink the kool-aid.

- If you show what you are capable of there is a lot of growth opportunities. - Upper management is approachable and willing to hear improvement solutions. - Depending the department, dynamics and work ethics are highly appreciated.
Cons
- Salary is below industry standard - Lack of Training in almost any area - Excessive time spends on meetings
