Good benefits. Some great co-workers.

Cons

No trust or transparency. Pay not based on results. They keep telling us we're a non-profit that pays taxes (there's no such thing). Lazy leadership, good at PowerPoint presentations, but not much else.

Hours and days off were great.

Cons

Most employees weren't helpful. Management was rude and discrimatory. Many regular employees and management constantly harrassed, belittled or ignored new or contract employees.
