      Pros

      -Flexible scheduling -Lenient Management -Easy to make productivity -Easy to advance.

      Cons

      -Not always enough work. -Small company -No 401k -Certain leads were not taught leadership. They only know the technical side. -Have to perform lvl II work without the pay that comes with it. -Not much room for advancement. After lvl II its a lead position, then warehouse manager.

      Listen to music. Mostly left to my own devices.

      Not great training. Felt like I was aggravating my supervisor by asking for more work.

      No true training for the position thrown out there and they expect results if you don’t produce results immediately they will cut salary
