Business outlook
Pros
Strong, supportive management and ownership. We are growing daily, and they truly believe in keeping the small business feel. The work environment is fun, and carefree. It makes coming to work worthwhile, and I hope it never changes!
Cons
There honestly aren't a lot of problems that I would say are true "cons". Turnover and growing pains hit us harder than a large business. We adapt to the best of our ability, but it can be stressful.
