Pros
The company has really talented people but poor management and leadership.
Cons
Few opportunities for real mentorship exist and no one has each others backs. There is no clear path of promotion for newer employees, and the department heads preach about internal promotions yet only hire externally. Freelancers are treated much better than full time employees. Each department is an island and some senior leadership propagate this norm to the detriment of the team as a whole on projects. Company is big on gossip and partying. Promotions are based on favoritism and the pay gap is large person to person. Bullying exists and employees are regularly overworked and underpaid. Good luck talking to anyone about rightful grievances - like I said, gossip culture is heavy at this company.
