Pay is good and colleagues outside of management nice
Cons
The owner rules the company and not the director he is a bully and micromanagement. He spies on his employees with cameras everywhere in the office even in the kitchen. Cars are tracked. Commission stucture for sales only disclosed after months and kept in the dark on purpose if you ever get it paid at all. More than 40 sales people came and left in the last years. Many of them by their own choice. Stay away.
