Good company to start, bad company to do a career (feedback from 1,5 years employee)

- Gives first opportunities for people recently graduated - Working for international clients - Good environment/people/Vibes - Working remotly
Cons
- company that, although it has the PROS advertised above, is a joke in terms of what really matters in the business and career world. - Management and decision-making centralized by a few people. - If your teamleader likes you and has good relationships with people in management, you may have some career progress. - Career progress, it is not very competitive with the IT market, only if we consider the Portuguese job market as a whole (discarding the IT part) - We easily see colleagues with less capacity and skills moving up the career ladder due to good relationships. This is mainly due to the management being centralized - Overstaffing company because they did too much recruitment without being sure that the projects would start. - The seniors in this company are not true seniors, at most we can only consider mid-levels. - Due to overstaffing, new people end up spending time without tasks. which hinders career development, demotivate, and people dont evolve as expected -Some people have too much work because the tasks that require experts in the field are mastered by few people. While others are capable of being without tasks for days on end (the fault of overstaffing without any selection criteria) - HR seems to be sleeping most of the time (typical in IT companies)
