      Worst Company i have ever worked for so far in my Career. Please do not Join it.

      Pros

      People were good there apart from this, There is nothing good in this company so that I can recommend someone to join. I made a mistake & Wasted my career's good time. There is no scope no career no development. The another good thing was the salary was getting paid on time.

      Cons

      There are lot of Down sides of this company. Here is a list I have got for it: 1) No Scope 2) No Career 3) People are given a different task to perform every 2 weeks 4) No Incentives for the Work done 5) Fake Promises & Commitments 6) People in the Management are most idiotic people I have ever met 7) Nobody knows what to do as every two weeks new things comeup. ETC. ETC. ETC. I have lot more to say but ETC...

      One of amazing organisation to work

      Pros

      It's a company with great work culture, where you have wonderful people working around you with great skills. It's lot of motivational and friendly atmosphere. The CEO of the company makes sure you are family rather than an employee and only gets right kind of people to work around. Lot of learning, if you are young and have hunger to growth this is the place to work.

      Cons

      It's a growing organisation, faces some issues but than nothing that can't be managed. Also which company doesn't.
