If you are tester then don't join this company.. You will get irritated and frustrated within 2 to 3 months and you will not have no other options too. Company is full of politics specially the TLs. No good environment. No good communication. Nothing to learn. You will end up doing manual testing that too on linux that will be of no use. People leave job from here only bcs of TLs who are not team player..they will just play politics with you because they Even haven't got job anywhere and that reflects. No training available. Too much of expectations will be from you... No personal life. You will leave office after 9pm daily. Tls will leave office before you. tls will ask you medical certificate for single day leave in case if you take emergency leaves. The boot lickers of Tls gets the best package then even if they don't perform. TLs will unnecessarily take your meetings And will poke you . Leaves are for name seek. Worst management. Issue on softwares are handled in worst way and at the end testers are blamed. Tls have the power to remove you from the job directly if you speak anything about them to anyone. HR is of no use even she will not take action if you tell anything to HR she will Speak about you openly. Totally a job risk. Suggestions for other employees. Instead of joining this company join any very small company and learn and make your life good.
