      Interesting work. Good travel opportunities.

      Cons

      There is no consideration for balance. Employees are expected to be available all the time. Most colleagues are overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated. There is a lack of transparency from owners that drives distrust through the ranks. Few opportunities to grow at the company. No benefits.

      Company takes on really interesting projects with a variety of clients in different areas

      Cons

      The company culture is not great and there is little to no accountability for those who have been there for a while, even if they are not good performers. This has led to a number of ineffective people doing sub-par work and managing others poorly, which has led other talent to leave. The pay is a bit low as well
