Thank you for your feedback. Our PTO policy covers both vacation and sick time, with accrual starting on day one, and we allow up to 40 negative hours if needed. We offer flexibility in our remote environment, asking only that employees communicate when stepping away for longer periods of time. We continuously evaluate training and appreciate your input.
