Tons; I was hired during the pandemic and then let go a month after as the economy starts to reopen back, two weeks after they are posting that they need a consultant to fulfill a similar position, it only shows no planning and firing people is as easy as they do. I left a very successful company to go there learn and be someone else, however no training they just assign you some technical challenges and you go figure it out and try to beg for help from others whom are already busy with other customers. I was time boxed to do these challenges, and the level of micromanagement is incredibly insane! My advice to you if you have no other options take the offer as a step stone if not it's not worth the risk.

Bad management. Unfortunately, the company has a lot of potential but it is squashed by short-sighted management who let their ego and pride get in the way of sound business decisions and an enjoyable culture. Decisions are made at the drop of a hat without much foresight, employees are kept in the dark on pretty much everything and personal and professional development of employees is essentially nonexistent. Micromanaging is built into the culture here and achievements and success is not rewarded.
