Well-implemented induction training, some collegues are very nice.
Cons
The workplace culture needs a lot of improvement, colleagues often talk bad about each other behind their backs, and some younger workers were bullied. Managers are aware of the problems but are reluctant to tackle them. The factory is difficult to reach by public transportation so you might need your own car to work there.
