Pros

There use to be pros when it was a 12 Month commitment, then the company decided to sell every 18 Months, shorting us one year salary every three years.

Cons

They are declining. Lower commissions and longer sales cycles equal less money. Now they are doing away with the print and digital commission is so small and so much more work. No salary so sometimes paycheck is not even enough to pay insurance. The stress is too much.

Pros

Your time is your own.

Cons

As commission only if company dictates your time, ie, training, meetings etc, employee should be paid minimum wage, they do not provide any compensation. Selling very old digital products, not all are out dated, but most are. Very difficult to make a decent living.
