      Great place to be a consultant

      Pros

      Committed to Employees, Lots of opportunities to learn and grow, competitive comp package.

      Cons

      Most clients are in the East and Central part of the Valley which made for a long commuted for me since I live don the West side. But that is part of the consulting business, and not really a Con for Valore Partners.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Company and owners really cared about you and your family. Easy to walk into anyone's office and talk. Very nice office close to Microsoft. Great co-workers, all very smart and love what they do.

      Cons

      The only Con that comes to mind is the location of the office and getting to it here in the future. Located off Tempe Town lake just next to a new State Farm facility that is brining 5000 people to that small area.

      - The engineers on the teams are extremely knowledgeable of the industry and willing to help each other learn. - The organization is set up to cater to each individual engineers needs and concerns. - Great place for a new software engineer to start their career. - Great benefits and organizational awareness of having those benefits stay premium.

      Cons

      - Consulting is not for everyone. There may be a learning curve when joining this field.
