Not proper hierarchy structure after being in Industry around 15 years. Mostly hiring own referred and non deserving people even in senior positions. In case if someone got hired other than known then he/she would be compelled to leave the organization by showing wrong work ethics or would transfer in the wrong HODs supervision. Not single senior are good in knowledge, experience and behavior. Not even HR policies are good and keep on changing like anything. Change as per manager HOD/ Old employees suggestion or some unrealistic incidents in which policy maker do not apply his/her mind/head. Company's HR manual is like to read a book for some exam and hiring criteria are worst . On the name of COVID, management laid off many and by taking wrong feedback of concern managers/HODs. One should not trust about this company's false verbal or written commitment. Single earning person(Irrespective of male/female) Or Someone who wants stability in work as well as earning then should not join this company.
