1. Only 7 national holidays with 12 Casual and 8 Earned Leaves, looks like one of the worst leave count from their rivals or any company 2. No IT infrastructure, they are calling them fintech but there is only "FINANCE" no "TECHNOLOGY" 3. Old employees are just making fool to non technical senior management with the name of trust, knowledge and integrity 4. My team lead have Great knowledge and he wanted to improve everything but no one interested and later he quit the job. 5. Old but so called loyal employees used to hire and fire only as they don't have knowledge to filter candidates and later the hiring process became so much transparent and better because of one person that's why they have got some good employees but that person also quit because of someone misbehaved and make things worst for him to stay. 6. The employee who was star performer in all their previous organizations, just leaved company because he was not ready to accept bad habits of doing code. 7. After resignation the management behavior's was very very unprofessional and unethical. 8. IT team has a bunch of peoples having less technical knowledge but they have great knowledge about how to make upper management fool. 9. They don't have even QA team and the very smart & intelligent person told their team members that we can do testing as well. Sir, actually you don't know how to write an effective code being a developer and you thought you will do testing/debugging/coding/Managing also. Actually these guys have their own book in which they defined their own crap and you have to follow them eg. Versioning, GIT Flows, Agile Flows etc. otherwise your performance will marked as bad. 10. All freshers are wasting their time here as 15-20 years ago all companies had stopped using procedural approach as they have more efficient and scalable option to use OOPS so it's alarming for fresher as after this company no one will give you a job or good salary in PHP as it is not Python or JAVA. 11. They want skilled employees with less pay and even they don't want to use skills but only want to destroy your preowned skills by assigning and forcing to do code like them. 12. If you are going to join then be careful about salary packages and bonus things as sometime you didn't know how they manage your bonus and appraisals without giving single rupees as they know very well that how to play with numbers and figures.

> Fake promise by HR and MD (They asked me to join under 12 LPA as my present CTC was 15 LPA and They promised me that they will increase salary after 6 month to 15 LPA and will give a 3 LAC bonus but after 10 months they were just making an excuse so i didn't had any choice except leave the job) > Zero Learning > No IT Culture > Outdated technology approach > Functional programming for High maintenance product > Team Leader have zero knowledge about Code quality standards > No documentation before starting work. When TL will check our task then he will say that i haven’t said this thing why you have done this.

- No micromanagement by the bosses - Peaceful work atmosphere - Culture of mutual respect among colleagues - Well announced POSH policy (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) - Fundamentals of the company are strong. You don't need to worry about job losses during economic slowdowns. - Many people have been working for 6+ years here, thanks to negligible politics and excellent management by the Founder. - Flexible daily timings. You can compensate for your hours by working till later if you come late. - Ample parking space - You will learn about investing and wealth creation

Cons

- At far end of Noida (Sector 65), commuting and can be a hassle (deducted a point from work-life balance for this) - Industrial area location..not very motivating - Gender ratio skewed towards males (maybe because of nature of industry) - You can be stuck in a not so satisfactory pay package if you don't negotiate well - Open office architecture - not everyone may like it - No cafeteria in office and no good cafe or restaurant at a walking distance

Pros

Lots of learning. Dynamic and easy work environment No pressure and no politics Appreciation for quality work.

Cons

No growth prospects in long term. No financial motivation.
