Company name is valuewing apart from that there is no value ..

Cons

If you entered you couldn't leave or resign from there..worst company policies and management,your career would spoil defintiely.you will not get any certificates experience letter from there.Dihar Jail is better than valuewing///

Don't join this company even if you don't have jobs. They ask you to submit original certificates for security and then they will blackmail you if you resign the job they won't provide you

Cons

Management is very bad,only money minded MD,24/7 camera in workspace except restroom,need to work all 7 days with 12 hr/day,professional blackmail,forget your original docs,finally you will be empty paper

As a fresher Valuewing is a good platform to learn IT Recruitment.

Cons

All positive feedback are given by management only,kindly don't believe that. Recruiters are treated as slaves. Work Pressure is too heavy.Timing Issue is major one.Their work timing is more than 12 hours.Even Sunday is also Working.No Permission and leaves for sick too. No Entertainment in office premises.They would get your original certificates and wont return it.If we ask the certificates they would ask to pay amount.Even Lunch time is maximum of 15 minutes.Meeting will goes more than 5 to 6 hours.We should not speak with colleagues in office premises. No Independency in Valuewing.If we oppose the management they would terminate us from the job.Lot of Partiality.Management is so money minded.
