      Pros

      Saddest work experience every. Poor job training, horrid management & supervision. All & all, just a nightmarish working experience. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with half a brain.....if you are a druggie or you have half of a brain, then it's probably a great fit for you! There were no pros & I didn't want to leave the space blank!

      Cons

      Having to deal & interact with an uneducated clique who called themselves management. Dumbest bunch I've ever encountered...spent most of their time jumping thru hoops trying to satisfy contract requirements.

      Pros

      Flex hours (your Choice between 7am to 9 pm) Hourly rate decent for not needing any previous experience or education. Extensive FDCPA training.

      Cons

      Two Late nights required, two Saturdays required. Culture of bad attitudes and fear of losing your job. Mixed messages from Executives. Incredibly behind in technology. They use DOSS and don't give their employees access to Excel to track their accounts. They expect everyone to track accounts via paper. Unrealistic expectations between hitting goals and following industry regulation. The bonus structures are bogus. I got one bonus in 11 months.

      This place is a joke. Co-workers are cool because everyone is in the same sinking boat.

      Cons

      Steph treats employees like they are dirt on the bottom of his shoe. The GM hasnt talked to the employees in 2 year, dont know his name because he never came out but he's a large fella.
