      Pros

      I worked there for a month. They provide good training on sales and marketing.

      Cons

      During the time of recruitment they tell that their clients are many blue chip companies and they will pay a salary of 20-30k, BUT, their only client is a NGO and they do not provide any basic pay only salary is commission based, which comes weekly and whenever you leave the organization they do not pay the previous weeks commission also it all goes into their pocket. It is completely door to door service and you are required to go daily to raise funds for the NGO and they do not provide any payment for cash or food and the daily expenses required for the office work, it goes from your pocket. No holidays are given and no fixed working hours. And all they expect is that you leave all your friends and family and just be with the office people who are senior to you.
