      1.Good perks 2.Employee centric 3.Professional 4.Headfast The unique culture is impressive ad the Senior management is approachable and easy to communicate with giving easier modalities

      not experienced much of issues but some issues are 1. Maintenance issues in some areas need stringent action 2.Some managers are taking advantage of new employees

      Cons

      - They cut salary for perceived lack of performance (which is arbitary) and give out a meagre amount which is not the salary agreed upon - They summarily fire people without relieving letters, showcause and Full & Final settlement -They finance themselves through Scam based Tech Support - Salary is sometimes delayed - Rude and Conceited Management full of people who treat their subordinates well - Heavy office politics and petty disputes are blown out of proportion by Management - Management loves their sycophants
